Shipping within Australia is free and included in the price of each cushion for the first two cushions in any one order to the same address, then for:   

Orders for one additional cushion (that is, three in the same order) :       

a total rate of $12 - east Coast,

a total rate of $16 - west Coast    all 3-5 business days 

Orders for an additional two cushions (that is, four in the same order):      

a total rate of $15 - east Coast,

a total rate of $18 - west Coast    all 3 - 5 business days

Orders for an additional three cushions (that is, five in the same order):   

a total rate of $32 - east Coast,

a total rate of $35 - west Coast    all 3 - 5 business days

 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We recommend that all packages are sent to a company/business address.

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Delivery is Monday – Friday.

Please note that orders placed after 11am Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of its dispatch from BKing Designs  please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer and if an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched.

 

Shipping outside Australia: 

If you require shipment to an overseas destination, please email your order to contact@bkingdesigns.com.au and you will receive a response within 2 business days with a quote for shipping.

Payments are to be processed prior to orders being shipped. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after card validation (and authorisation checks) and according to stock availability.

 

Generally:

If there are delays due to stock reasons BKing Designs will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order. If an item is on backorder and you choose to continue with the order, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.

No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All orders shipped by BKing Designs within and outside Australia have a unique tracking number and if for some reason your parcel does not arrive within the specified time please contact us and we will track it for you. Should you wish to track your parcel we will be happy to supply a tracking number. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances (eg. Strikes, floods etc).

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.

* BKing Designs reserve the right to charge a higher delivery rate for some international destinations or orders that are unusually bulky or heavy items – we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched

 

Returns and exchange:

We must let you know that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice orvariation in color from that depicted on our website and your screen.

PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATLEY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened, insist that this is noted upon delivery.

As a part of our stringent quality control procedure, all items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. BkingDesigns will exchange or provide a refund for any item/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once the parcel has been signed for. Under no circumstances will refunds or replacements be provided where a claim is made after this 24 hour period. BKing Designs will not be held responsible for any damage to any products after delivery.

To make a claim for damaged or faulty items you must email contact@bkingdesigns.com.au and include the Invoice number, a photograph of the damaged item and/or a description of the damaged item and whether you require a refund or an exchange. A confirmation email from BKing Designs will be provided following your claim with a Return Authority number. You then have 5 working days to return the product marking the RA# on the outside of the package and include a self addressed pre-paid satchel for your exchange to be returned in (ensuring it is the correct size for the item/s you are exchanging for if you require an exchange). All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and contact details.

We advise you use registered post because BKing Designs does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your application for refund or exchange. All returns must be insured.

An exchange or refund will only be fully determined on the return of the item and after assessment by BKing Designs Returns will not be honoured, if in our opinion, the item/s has been mistreated.

If a refund is warranted, you will only be refunded via the method by which you paid. In the case of refunds, please allow 5 business days. Please note that the refund could then take up to 14 days after our processing before appearing in your account. All orders are refunded in AUS dollars to the card used at the time of the original purchase. Your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically.
